How does prepaid balance work?+
Add funds via Stripe. Every API call deducts from your balance. When the balance runs low, top up again. Funds never expire.
Is there a free tier?+
Yes. Your first 100 API calls each month are free and don't touch your balance. No card required to start.
Do failed requests charge my balance?+
No. Only successful calls are billed. Timeouts, blocks, and 4xx/5xx responses are not charged.
Can I get a refund?+
Unused balance is refundable within 30 days of purchase. Email [email protected].
How are sub-cent prices handled?+
We track sub-cent usage internally with 1/1000-cent precision and only debit your balance once a whole cent has accumulated. You're never overcharged.
