1. Data We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Account information: email, name, avatar (via OAuth — Google or GitHub)
Task configurations: URLs, selectors, schedules you create
Scraped data: the data extracted from websites per your instructions
Usage data: task execution counts, API calls, feature usage
Billing information: managed by Stripe (we do not store card numbers)

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide and maintain the FlyPython service
To process your data extraction tasks and deliver results
To send alerts and notifications you configure
To process payments and manage subscriptions
To improve our service quality and success rates

3. Data Storage & Security

Account and monitoring data is stored in Cloudflare D1, cached session data in KV, and larger artifacts in R2. API keys are stored as SHA-256 hashes only. Traffic is encrypted in transit, and Cloudflare provides edge security and DDoS protection.

4. Data Retention

Scraped data (snapshots) is retained for 30 days for all users. After the retention period, data is permanently deleted. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Stripe — payment processing
Google OAuth / GitHub OAuth — authentication
Cloudflare — Workers, D1, KV, R2, CDN, and DNS
Bright Data — proxy services
SendGrid — email delivery

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

Access your personal data
Correct inaccurate data
Delete your account and all data
Export your data in a portable format
Object to certain processing activities
